I would like to introduce to you my MacyJane. Born in May of 2010, I believe she is still considered a puppy.
I have heard it said that "There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face." Isn't that the truth! (Well...when said puppy is your own. I'll speak for myself.)
On occasion while doing my yoga practice, she'll surprise me during my -- get this -- downward facing dog pose...and lick happily at my face, tail wagging wildly. *giggle* It could be one of the reasons that I enjoy yoga so much, couldn't it!
And the white stuff that we seem to keep hanging around? Macy LOVES it!

You can be sure that wherever I am...MacyJane is not far. She's (usually) the best shadow I could ever ask for, sunshine or darkness.

I wake up every morning to puppy kisses. Every day starts on that high note.

She looks like such a nice friend :o) Your landscape looks so much like ours these days. So much snow! And I started looking forward to spring, but nope. Lots of snow... The local newspaper predict half a yard the following days... But as long as the sun will shine soon, I'll try to ignore it.

Beautiful dog, great story and love the part about the yoga. My cats like that and the child pose. Not easy to be meditative but all that love has got to be a very good thing!
